MEETING AND UPDATES
The regular meeting step has been taken when we've organized the step to do a meeting program in every month.

4 January 2016
1st meeting program was held in 4 January 2016- Under
Following rules were formed
1- BADARI all branches will be BADARI Innovations now.
2- Every month a meeting program is to be held at each branch separately or together.
3- Teacher's will give progress report of each software under Skill Development Program within 15 days of given task. If they do so-
(a) If the task is pursued continuously then 5% of the incentive will be payable to them.
(b) If the task is pursued incorrectly then 8% of the incentive will be disregarded.
(c) If the task is not being pursued by any concern faculty then 5% of the incentive will be disregarded.
4- If any student pursue the same process under Skill Development Program process then 5% of the his/her fee will be given back.

Along with this
An ordinance was processed into safety of organization at bad circumstances just like cold season.
Under ordinance the rule obliged that-
If rest amount is equal or less than 1/2 of total incentives of faculties after paying all required expenses then 1/2 of incentive will be payable.

On 24 January 2016
BADARI Innovations Srinagar held a meeting program and approved the Skill Development rules (under 1/16)

On 6 February 2016
BADARI Innovations/DREAMS Infosys held a meeting program and following steps were approved:
1- Branches will work out for Digitization (Digital classes).
2- Web Designing program will be started soon.
3- Foxpro will replaced with VB .NET.
4- American English Speaking Package will be started soon.
5- Staff will focus on English and Personality Development.
6- 10 admissions in a single stream of courses in a month will directly provide bonus to the staff under their progressive strength/command with manager.
7- TET test has been finalized.
8- Skill Development rules (under 1/16 ) are in progress.

BADARI Innovations meeting held
1- Above rules were discussed.
2- Biomatric finger print is in practices.
3- Only one Projector is required as Digitization of system.

On 3 July 2016
BADARI organized a meeting program
Since this date, The organization going to organize Dynamic Classes on Sunday, Senior Students will be asked to answer junior students question.
Under this rule if any student found Discipline in case of all types of discipleship then The particular student will be selected for the Discipleship(Discipline, Dedication, Honesty, Punctual and Conscious.) These are the rules which are also called five ornaments of the shining youth.
Which means the student will be awarded for his disciplinary attitude as well as a good progress report.
The Discipleship (A Discipleship Award/Medal with A Check) will be provided to the concern students.
