Every individual falls ill/sick abruptly in life, nobody can refuse it. I've seen several people taking medicine day by day. I've never believed in medicine in a past life. 

Actually, mankind is always full of risks of disease because when we go out of our home almost we have a compromise. 

From childhood I've rarely taken the medicine, mostly I've been curing myself without medicine. 

Today it looks cool to think of my past, but earlier it was not really good but a bit challenging. due to a lack of medical facilities, we were most injured in the village area but didn't treat well. 

After pass 10th when I left the village almost then I'd been suffering from headaches regularly in the evening. and seasonally nose blowing.  
Mostly my colleague was advising me to take medicine. But I didn't take care of it.

Why?

I have a tendency to think more about the problem than medically treating it. 

I have a sound routine of lifestyle. I'm couscous in routine. I tell you a few things to do it'll prevent all diseases and you'll realize the cool mind.


  • Don't drink wine(anything like that)
  • Get rid of flesh.
  • Take long breaths when you feel uncomfortable.
  • Do strict yoga daily or weekly.
  • Keep Smoking away.
Try to make a strategy of your own working management and follow that.

While getting several new experiences to emerge into your own work management.

Everyone, who keeps life strategy on their own, they treat things very honestly and enjoy the experiences either the experiences are positive or negative.
